ABOUT

Welcome to my corner of the fitness world, where fitness becomes simple and fun. I’m here to clear up the confusion, bust the myths, and help you live a healthier, happier life that you can actually enjoy.

The fitness industry can be full of misinformation and false promises, but I want to give you real knowledge that works. With my background in psychology, I’m not just about helping you get stronger or fitter - I want to help you grow into the best version of yourself, inside and out, in the healthiest, easiest and most sustainable way.

My Journey

My fitness journey started when I was in university. At the time, I was studying and also learning about personal training. I couldn't afford a coach, so I decided to teach myself. I spent years reading journals and soaking up every piece of fitness info I could find. Over time, I had the chance to work with some of the best coaches in the UK, always learning and improving my skills.

Sports have always been a part of my life - I've done everything from swimming at a national level to dancing and rowing. But it wasn’t until I discovered bodybuilding that I truly found my passion. The lifestyle was nothing like what I expected - it’s so much more than just the competition. I completely fell in love with it, and through hard work and dedication, I became the British Champion in 2023 and earned top spots in shows across Europe.

But my journey isn’t just about my own success. It’s been a rollercoaster of confidence, mental health struggles, injuries, and personal growth - and through it all, I’m always learning. And I want to share everything I’ve experienced with YOU. My goal is to help you discover your own strength, break through challenges, and create lasting, positive changes in your life.

  • It all started with my own struggles. When I was younger, I didn’t have much confidence, but fitness became my way to build strength and believe in myself, one step at a time.

Then, I faced a huge setback. I developed chronic fatigue syndrome after a nasty virus, and it kept me down for a year. Going through that taught me a lot - it made me realise just how important health is, and fitness became my way back to feeling like myself again.

Now, I want to help others experience the same transformation. We only get one body and one life, so let’s take care of ourselves, be healthier, and make the most of it!

  • When I started university, I actually had a year or two where I didn’t focus on fitness at all. Life got busy, and I lost touch with the routine that had always kept me grounded. During that time, my mental health really took a hit. I felt disconnected, sluggish, and honestly, a bit lost. It was a tough period, and I struggled to find motivation or purpose.

But when I finally found fitness again, it was like a light bulb went off. It reminded me of how much stronger and clearer I felt when I was moving my body regularly. Getting back into it wasn’t easy, but it taught me that fitness isn’t just about the physical side - it’s a mental reset too. It gave me back my confidence, my energy, and a sense of control. That was a game-changer for me, and now I know how important it is to stay connected to both your body and your mind.

Over the past few years, I’ve faced health issues that have meant I couldn’t stay consistent with fitness too. I’ve had to restart many times, and honestly, it’s been tough. Restarting isn’t just about showing up again - it feels like you’re starting from zero each time. But through all of this, I’ve learned that confidence and strength come one day at a time. The hardest part is always getting started, but once you push through that, it’s the best thing you can do for yourself. Every step forward counts, and with each one, you get stronger.

  • I’d be lying if I said I’m motivated every single day. After years in the gym, I’ve learned that motivation doesn’t always show up on its own. What keeps me going is having clear short-term and long-term goals. I also remind myself of why I started - whether it’s to feel better, get stronger, or improve my health. Plus, I’m always learning and growing, and that keeps me inspired to keep pushing forward, even when motivation is low.

  • My training focuses on both the body and mind to help you get the best results and make lasting changes. With my background in psychology, I can connect with my clients and understand what's really holding them back. I help you break bad habits and build healthy ones that stick.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or crash dieting. Instead, I focus on teaching habits that lead to long-term health and well-being. My goal is to help you change your body and keep those changes for life.

I specialise in natural bodybuilding, meaning I help clients reach their goals without any enhancements. As a female athlete, I believe in staying natural and focusing on health and long-term progress. My own success without enhancements shows that this approach works.

I also work with clients who have different goals, like training for marathons or just wanting to improve their lifestyle. My training plans are personalised for each person to make sure they get the best support on their journey.

  • Through years of studying and experimenting, I’ve discovered how my body works best, not just physically but mentally too. In my teens, I tried every diet out there, hoping for quick results, but none of them led to lasting change. That’s when I realised that true success in nutrition comes from listening to my body and understanding its needs. Whole, nourishing foods are the foundation, but let’s be real - a day without chocolate? Not happening! So I live by the 80/20 principle, which means 80% of the time, I focus on healthy choices, and the other 20% is for enjoying the things I love (aka chocolate!). This approach works for me year-round, even during competition prep. Nutrition isn’t about restriction - it’s about balance and creating a sustainable lifestyle that makes you feel good inside and out!

  • When you’re just starting out, it’s important to take things slow. Start with simple exercises and gradually increase the intensity as your body gets stronger. Stick to a routine, even if it’s just a couple of times a week, and always focus on doing exercises correctly to avoid injury. (If you don’t know where to begin, honestly check out my bikini guide. I made it with my younger self in mind and have made it affordable so everyone has access to everything I know!) Listen to your body - if something hurts, stop and rest. Set small, realistic goals and celebrate your progress along the way. Eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of water will help fuel your workouts and help you recover. Remember, fitness takes time, so be patient with yourself and enjoy the journey. Try different activities to see what you like, and always make time for rest. Most importantly, stay positive and keep going - you’re doing great!
